Oats and Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (Atta)
  • 1/2 Cup Blended Oats
  • 1 1/2 tspn Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tspn Salt
  • 2 Small Bananas
  • 1 Egg
  • A pinch of Cinnamon (Optional)
  • 1 Cup Non-Fat Milk
  • A handful of Dark Chocolate Chips (Optional)
  • 5-6 Strawberries (Topping Options)
  • 2 tspns Chocolate Spread (Topping Options)

Instructions

  • Mash the bananas in a bowl
  • Add the egg and milk to the bowl and whisk
  • In a separate bowl, mix the Oats, Atta, Salt, Baking Powder and Cinnamon
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
  • Blend all the ingredients together to form a smooth batter
  • Add chocolate chips to the batter
  • On a hot pan cook for about 2 minutes on each side over a medium flame
  • No oil or butter is needed on the pan to cook
  • Add the chocolate spread and strawberries to serve
